Guarantee (about ordering group tickets)

YOU CAN BE SURE that you’ll receive your ticket(s)!

You can trust me, I am reliable; via www.jilz.nl/i you can see how many likes my fb page has, and see the link to many positive reviews about me, and more info.
On jilz.nl and in my fb groups, you can read SELLER’S DEADLINE. You can also let me know YOUR DEADLINE, if you want.
As soon as we have orders for 10 tickets, I’ll buy a new set of 10 tickets and then send you the ticket(s). And what if I don’t have enough orders before mentioned seller’s deadline and your deadline is not later? Then you still can BE SURE that you will receive your ticket(s) before the seller’s deadline. The risk of loss is for me. But in practice, mostly you will receive the tickets MUCH EARLIER than the deadline.

There can be 3 deadlines:

1) SELLER’s DEADLINE: you can find this after mentioned dates below. You can be sure that you’ll receive your ticket before mentioned deadline, mostly MUCH EARLIER!
2) YOUR DESIRED DEADLINE: if you would like to receive your tickets earlier then mentioned seller’s deadline, you can fill in this. Henk will do his best to send your ticket(s) before your desired deadline, but he cannot promise for sure (f.e. if there are still not enough orders); in any case you will receive your tickets before seller’s deadline.
3) YOUR DEFINITIVE DEADLINE:
– a) If you definitely want to receive your tickets earlier than mentioned seller’s deadline, you can write this. Be carefull: if your deadline is too early and sending tickets before your earlier deadline is not possible (f.e. if there are still not enough orders), your order will be canceled by Henk. – b) If you agree that you will receive your tickets later than seller’s deadline, you can write this. You can BE SURE that you will receive your tickets before your extended deadline! About credits in this case, see this link).

So in short: You have guarantee that you’ll receive your ticket(s) before mentioned seller’s deadline. Only if there is force majeure, this does not apply (f.e. if there are technical problems with the website of NS, so that no tickets can be purchased. In this case I am not liable for the consequences.
Even if I don’t have enough orders for 10 tickets, you have guarantee that you will receive your ticket(s) before mentioned seller’s deadline!
